For those on a weight-loss program, it is helpful to set a goal and track weight and waistline. MealMixer has a weight tracker and waistline tracker to record weight and waist measurements. You can record on any day you chose by simply clicking the scale icon on a day of the week from the planner. While it's important to be vigillant, you shouldn't stress out if your weight increases one day, just maintain a steady progress of weight loss week in and week out.
