Sloppy Joe CasseroleIngredientsInstructions
- Heat oven to 400 degrees.
- Brown ground beef and onion.
- Stir in tomato sauce, ketchup, brown sugar and mustard and bring to a boil..
- Pour into ungreased 2 qt casserole, or other dish that allows the meat mixture to be about 2" deep.
- Stir baking mix, milk and eggs with fork until blended then carefully pour over beef mixture.
- Bake 20-25 minutes or until light golden brown.
