No Bake Peanut Butter Chocolate Bars

Ingredients

1 cup   butter, melted
12 ozs   semisweet chocolate chips
1 1/2 cups   graham cracker crumbs
3 cups   powdered sugar
1 1/2 cups   creamy peanut butter

Instructions

  • Line a 9 x 13" baking pan with foil, leave about 4" on each end to help lift out bars.
  • Melt chocolate chips in microwave or in double boiler.
  • Thoroughly combine remaining ingredients.
  • Spread chocolate over peanut butter mixture.
  • Refrigerate 20-30 minutes, just until chocolate is set.
  • Lift out of pan and cut into squares.
