Pan Sugar Cookies

Ingredients

3/4 cup   sugar
1/3 cup   butter, softened
1/3 cup   canola oil
1 tbs   milk - 2%
2 tsps   vanilla extract
1   egg
1 1/2 cups   Gluten Free All Purpose Flour (Tom Sawyer)
1 1/2 tsps   baking powder
1/4 tsp   salt
2 tbs   candy sprinkles

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375.
  • Beat sugar, and all wet ingredients until light and fluffy.
  • Stir together dry ingredients and add in slowly.
  • Spread batter into an ungreased 15 x 10 inch pan.
  • Scatter the sprinkles over the top.
  • Bake 10-12 minutes, until lightly golden.
  • Cool 5 minutes, then cut into squares or diamonds right in the pan.
  • Lift out with a spatula and allow to cool completely.

divine missPat these in the pan with your hands as evenly as you can. Great for when you need a bunch of cookies fast! The kids can sprinkle on the sprinkles and there's relatively no mess! Great as a base for fruit piza**********
