Caesar Pork Chops

1 lb   pork cutlet, or thin sliced chops
1/2 cup   kraft caesar vinaigrette parmesan
1 cup   seasoned breadcrumbs
1 tbs   butter
2 tbs   olive oil

Instructions

  • Pour the dressing into a zip top bag, add the chops, and toss to make sure they are all covered. Marinate at least 1 hour but up to 12 is fine, too.
  • Pour the breadcrumbs on a plate and dredge each chop.
  • Heat a large skillet and add half of the butter and half of the oil.
  • Cook the chops in batches 3-4 minutes each side until golden and just cooked through.
