Grilled Greek Herb Chicken

1/2 cup   olive oil
3   garlic cloves, chopped
1 tbs   fresh rosemary, chopped
1 tbs   fresh thyme, chopped
1 tbs   fresh oregano, chopped
2   lemons, juiced
2 lbs   boneless skinless chicken breast
  • In a glass dish, whisk the olive oil, garlic, rosemary, thyme, oregano, and lemon juice.
  • Pound the chicken breasts into an even thickness, and place the chicken in the marinade.
  • Leave in the refrigerator 8 hours or overnight.
  • Preheat grill for high heat.
  • Lightly oil the grate.
  • Grill chicken 4 minutes per side, depending on how thin you pounded.
