Pork Dumplings Deconstructed

Ingredients

Pork
1 lb   ground pork
1   egg
1 tsp   fresh ginger, minced
1   garlic clove, minced
1   green onion, minced
1 tbs   Wheat Free Soy Sauce (San-J)
1 tsp   sesame oil
1 cup   cabbage, shredded, finely
Rice
1 cup   rice
2 cups   water
Sauce
1/2 cup   Soy Free Soy Sauce
1 tbs   fresh ginger, minced
2 tbs   brown sugar

Instructions

Pork

  • In a large bowl, combine all ingredients until well mixed.
  • Cook and chop in a large frying pan until cooked through, but now browned.

Rice

  • Cook as package directs

Sauce

  • This is to personal taste, really. Microwave ingredients together until sugar dissolves and ginger is fragrant. Adjust as desired.
  • Serve pork over rice and drizzle with sauce
