Pork Dumplings

Ingredients

40   won ton wrappers
1 lb   ground pork
1   egg
1 tsp   fresh ginger, minced
1   garlic clove, minced
1   green onion, minced
4 tsps   Wheat Free Soy Sauce (San-J)
1 tsp   sesame oil
1 cup   napa cabbage, shredded

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, combine all ingredients (except wrappers) until well mixed.
  • Place 2 heaping teaspoons of pork filling onto each won ton wrapper.
  • Moisten edges with water and seal.
  • Heat about 1" of water in a large, deep skillet that has a lid.
  • Line your steamer basket with the large outer leaves of the cabbage.
  • Steam dumplings in a single layer (will take a few batches) 5-6 minutes, until no longer pink inside.
