Pork DumplingsIngredientsInstructions
- In a large bowl, combine all ingredients (except wrappers) until well mixed.
- Place 2 heaping teaspoons of pork filling onto each won ton wrapper.
- Moisten edges with water and seal.
- Heat about 1" of water in a large, deep skillet that has a lid.
- Line your steamer basket with the large outer leaves of the cabbage.
- Steam dumplings in a single layer (will take a few batches) 5-6 minutes, until no longer pink inside.
