Tomato-Zucchini CasseroleIngredientsInstructions
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Heat oil in skillet. Add garlic and zucchini. Saute just until zucchini starts to become limp.
- Remove from heat and set aside.
- Lightly grease a casserole dish, and alternate layrs of zucchini and tomatoes.
- Combine basil, oregano, bread crumbs and butter and sprinkle over the top of the casserole.
- Bake, uncovered, 30 minutes.
