Salmon Steaks with Fresh Salsa

tomato, chopped
1/4 cup
onion, minced
1/4 tsp
salt
1/4 tsp
pepper
1 tbs
fresh cilantro, minced
1 tsp
garlic clove, minced, or more
1 tsp
lime juice
1 tbs
jalapeno pepper, minced
24 ozs
salmon steak, 4 steaks 6 ounces each


  • In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients except fish, and set aside.
  • Grill salmon about 10 minutes per inch of thickness, or to your desired degree of doneness.
