Salmon with Molasses and Mustard Glaze

1/4 cup
grainy mustard
1/4 cup
molasses
1/8 cup
red wine vinegar
24 ozs
salmon fillets
1/4 tsp
salt
1/4 tsp
pepper


  • Lightly grease a non-stick skillet (or preheat your grill, or oven to 400 - this can be cooked any way you like).
  • Whisk mustard, molasses, and red wine vinegar.
  • Season fish with salt and pepper and brush with glaze.
  • Cook 5 minutes, turn, brush with glaze again, and cook another 5 minutes, or until as done as you like.
  • Brush with any remaining glaze.
