Roasted Garlic and Cauliflower

garlic cloves, peeled

fresh rosemary, minced

salt

pepper
1/4 cup
olive oil


  • Preheat oven to 450.
  • Cut cauliflower into bite sized pieces.
  • Toss everything in a large casserole dish. Don't use a metal pan.
  • Roast 30 minutes, stirring one or twice.
