Cheddar Baked Eggs

green onions, thinly sliced

eggs
1 1/3 cups
milk - 2%
3/4 tsp
seasoning salt
2 cups
shredded cheddar cheese


  • Preheat oven to 350 and grease a 2 quart casserole dish.
  • Melt butter in a skillet over medium-low heat and saute onions until soft.
  • Beat eggs, milk, salt , 1-1/2 cups of cheese, and the green onions.
  • Pour egg mixture into the dish.
  • Bake, uncovered, 30 minutes or until set.
  • Remove from oven and sprinkle with remaining cheese. Continue to bake until cheese melts.
