BBQ Beef Biscuit Cups

1 pkg
refrigerated biscuit
1 lb
ground beef sirloin
3/4 cup
barbecue sauce
1 cup
shredded cheddar cheese


  • Preheat the oven to 375 and lightly grease a muffin pan.
  • Flatten the biscuits and roll out so that they will cover the bottom and come up the sides of a muffin cup.
  • Press the biscuits into the cups and set aside.
  • Brown the beef, then drain and stir in barbecue sauce.
  • Divide the meat between the muffin cups and sprinkle with cheese.
  • Bake 20 minutes.
  • Cool for 5 minutes on a wire rack before removing from pan.
