Cherry Tomato Saute

2 tsps
olive oil
1 lb
cherry tomato, halved
1/2 tsp
kosher salt
1/4 tsp
freshly ground black pepper
2 tbs
fresh basil leaves, minced


  • Heat oil in a nonstick skillet.
  • Add tomatoes, salt and pepper, and saute, until the tomatoes are warmed through and starting to brown.
  • Sprinkle with basil (nice in the summer but if it's too expensive in the winter you can substitute parsley).
