4 ozs
swiss cheese
1/4 cup
reduced fat mayonnaise
2 tbs
white wine
1 tbs
all-purpose flour, wondra works great


  • Steam or microwave the cauliflower until tender.
  • Melt cheese, mayonnaise and wine together.
  • Sprinkle in flour and stir just until slightly thickened.
