Vegetable Salad Crunch

2 cups
cauliflower flowerettes
2 cups
broccoli flowerettes, separated

carrots, sliced
1
zucchini, sliced
1
red onion, sliced
3/4 cup
light italian salad dressing


  • Combine vegetables in a large mixing bowl.
  • Pour salad dressing over and toss to coat evenly (you might not need all of it).
  • Refrigerate at least 30 minutes.
