imitation butter flavoring
4 tbs
onion, minced
1/2 tsp
pepper
1 cup
milk - skim
2 tbs
fresh parsley, minced
Coat a baking dish with cooking spray.
Place one layer of sliced sweet potatoes, then one layer of new potatoes.
Sprinkle with butter substitute, 1 tbs onion, a sprinkle of pepper, and repeat this layering until all potatoes are used.
Pour milk over potatoes.
Cover and bake at 375 degrees 40 to 45 minutes or until potatoes are done.
Uncover and bake 10 minutes.
Top with parsley.
