Turkey Bacon Breakfast Burritos

turkey bacon
1/4 cup
green bell pepper, chopped
1/4 cup
onion, diced
1 tsp
olive oil

eggs
1/4 cup
milk - skim
1/4 tsp
salt
1/4 tsp
pepper
1/2 cup
low fat cheddar cheese, grated

flour tortillas
4 tbs
salsa


  • Chop bacon, pepper, and onion.
  • Saute in olive oil over medium heat until bacon is crisp and green pepper is crisp tender.
  • Beat eggs with milk, salt, and pepper
  • In small bowl combine eggs, milk and pepper.
  • Pour egg mixture into skillet and cook and stir until eggs are set.
  • Divide mixture between tortillas, sprinkle with cheese and salsa and roll.
