green bell pepper, chopped
1/4 cup
onion, diced
1 tsp
olive oil

eggs
1/4 cup
milk - skim
1/4 tsp
salt
1/4 tsp
pepper
1/2 cup
low fat cheddar cheese, grated

flour tortillas

salsa
Chop bacon, pepper, and onion.
Saute in olive oil over medium heat until bacon is crisp and green pepper is crisp tender.
Beat eggs with milk, salt, and pepper
In small bowl combine eggs, milk and pepper.
Pour egg mixture into skillet and cook and stir until eggs are set.
Divide mixture between tortillas, sprinkle with cheese and salsa and roll.
