Shredded Zucchini Saute

zucchini
1 1/2 tbs
olive oil
3
garlic cloves, minced
2 tsps
fresh dill, chopped
1 oz
feta cheese


  • Shred zucchini.
  • Heat oil in large skillet, add zucchini and garlic.
  • Cook and stir 5 mins or until excess moisture has evaporated.
  • Toss in dill and feta.

KinetaThe texture of the shredded zucchini was unpleasant. Think this recipe would be better if the zucchini was sliced or diced instead. The dill and feta were nice flavors with the zucchini.
