parmesan cheese, grated
1 tbs
fresh parsley, minced
1/4 tsp
paprika
1/4 tsp
pepper

sea scallops

butter, melted

Place the broiler pan on the second rack position, should be about 6" from the element. Line a broiler safe pan with foil and grease it lightly.
Combine crushed melba, cheese, parsley, paprika in a small bowl.
Coat scallops with butter and press into crumb mixtture
Add scallops to bag, seal and shake to coat.
Place scallops on a pan and broil 10 minutes.

Loved this. My scallops were slightly frozen so I baked at 325 then broiled at the end. Also, just brushed the scallops with the butter and sprinkled the topping all over. Added more of each as it baked.
