Bok Choy Stir Fry

canola oil

bok choy
1 tsp
garlic clove, minced
1/2 cup
chicken broth
1 tsp
cornstarch
1 tbs
soy sauce
Slice the white part of the bok choy into 1/2 inch pieces.
Stack and roll the greens, then slice them shortwise (chiffonading them).
In a large skillet or wok, heat oil over medium heat.
Add the whites of the bok choy stalks and stir-fry until crisp-tender, about 2 minutes.
Then add the greens and garlic, and continue stir-frying until greens are wilted, about 1 minute more.
Mix corn starch, soy sauce, and broth; add to wok and, stir until thickened.
