beef steak
1 cup
soy sauce
1 cup
water
1 tsp
ground ginger
1 tsp
garlic powder
1 tbs
sugar
Cut steak into 1/2" cubes and set aside.
Mix remaining ingredients together in bowl or zip top bag until dissolved.
Add steak cubes, cover and marinate in refrigerator for 3 to 4 hours.
Drain steak and pat dry with paper towels.
Grill or broil until desired doneness.
