Beef K-Bobs

1 lb
beef steak
1 cup
soy sauce
1 cup
water
1 tsp
ground ginger
1 tsp
garlic powder
1 tbs
sugar


  • Cut steak into 1/2" cubes and set aside.
  • Mix remaining ingredients together in bowl or zip top bag until dissolved.
  • Add steak cubes, cover and marinate in refrigerator for 3 to 4 hours.
  • Drain steak and pat dry with paper towels.
  • Grill or broil until desired doneness.
