baking potatoes, in thin 1/2" wedges
1/2 cup
light italian salad dressing


  • Place potatoes in a flat baking dish.
  • Pour dressing over potatoes and marinate 1 hour, turning occasionally.
  • Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
  • Drain potatoes and put on a nonstick baking sheet.
  • Bake 30 mintues or until tender.
