Meal Mixer is a highly personalized site which requires that you provide such information to become a subscriber (we could not do our job for you without this information).

Digital Rights

With the exception of those who purchase the Professional Version of Meal Mixer, you may not republish or redistribute in any form any of the plans that you make. Professional Version members may redistribute plans in printed form to their clients.

Fees, Refunds and Cancellation

Your trial period is completely free of charge if you cancel within the trial period (we tell you exactly when this period ends during the sign up process). If you select the credit card option for your free trial, we will NOT CHARGE your card, however we will authorize your card in advance to assure your ability to pay. If you do not cancel within the trial period we will use this pre-authorization to charge you per the terms you selected when you signed up. Upgrades or changes to other products are non-refundable and do not have a free trial period. To avoid further charges, members must login and follow the simple Cancel Membership procedures found on the Settings page. No other form of cancellation (phone call, voice mail, email, credit card company communication, etc.) is accepted. Membership fees occur at the beginning of your membership term and are automatically renewing. All payments are non-refundable. If your plan has a set number of plans available to you per payment period, these plan credits expire at the end of the payment term.
