To automatically populate your menu click a meal type (Dinner, Lunch, Breakfast) from the 'Pick Meals For:' list.
You can configure how the grid displays using drop-downs at the top of the page. If, for example, you want to plan only dinners, select 'Lunch', 'Breakfast' and 'Snack' from the 'Delete All' drop-down.
Your menu is displayed in rows of days and columns of meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner). For each meal you can click links and icons to do the following for the meal:

- +meals Click to find and select complete meal ideas to add to your plan.
- +recipes Click to find recipes and add them to the meal. See topics on the resulting page for more instructions on finding and adding individual recipes to your plan.
- +items Click to add simple items (like '1 banana' or '6 oz orange juice') to a meal
- Trash can icon in the green header delete the entire meal from your menu. Trash can to the right of the recipe title deletes the recipe from the meal.
- In the green header allows you to copy/move/swap entire meal to other days on the menu. Copy icon to the left of recipe title allows you to copy/move/swap recipes to other meals. Also use this to assign recipe leftovers to other meals.
- recipe name (a of b) Click recipe title to view. First number (a) is # of servings to stay on your diet. Second number (b) is total meal servings for your family.
To adjust either number of servings, click the recipe title and resubmit the 'Add To Meal(s)' form after adjust servings using the provided drop-downs.
