The Daily Average chart tells you how many calories, grams of carbohydrate, fat, etc. you will (or did) consume, on average, throughout the week. From a dieting perspective,
this is the most important chart.
We assume that each day/meal will not be perfectly in-line with your diet, however, over the course of a week your average daily intake should meet your goals.
Each meal displayed on the weekly menu can be within 25% of your goal for carbohydrates, fat and protein, and within 10% of calories. You'll know if you're within this when you view the meal and see these values not shaded in red or blue.
These averages change as you add/delete meals and items, or change the servings you'll eat. To change your dietary goals, click on Settings & Tools (top left navigation bar).
