From the Set Allergens page (Settings & Tools, Allergens, Set/Change)
- Check 'Avoid All Gluten'
- Click the 'Update' button
Some physicians also believe you should avoid Food Starch because, though it should have all protein removed, it may not. If yours does:
- Check 'Food Starch' (under Misc)
- Click the 'Update' button
