Gluten Free Diet Planning in 3 Easy Steps
1Each week we give you a list of entire meals to select from that don't contain gluten and do match your taste and time preferences. You simply select the meals you're interested in preparing, and how many servings you'll need (we default to your family size, but you can change this). You can plan for every meal of the week (all dinners, lunches and breakfasts), or only dinners, etc.
2If necessary, you can change your menu by adding/deleting recipes, items, snacks, etc. and changing serving sizes (for guests or missing family members, etc.). You can also create meals yourself from scratch, and entire menus that you can then re-use. You can also plan/record what you ate, track your weight/waistline, and plan/record your exercise.
3Print your meal plan. We create a printable plan including
- a grocery list (you can add items to make it a complete list)
- all of the plan recipes scaled to your serving needs
- the menu for you to follow including the number of servings for you to stay healthy, and the overall servings for your family needs.
If you have other food allergies, you can also use this planner to avoid those
allergens as well.
