GFCF Goat Cheese Omelet – Omelets are really fast to make in the morning. The addition of goat cheese and dill make this a filling and savory start to the day.
Cherry Berry Banana Salad – Antioxidants and potassium in a bowl!

Lunch
GFCF Vegetarian Wraps – No bread here, we use romaine lettuce leaves. Think of it as an easy to eat salad. Goat feta would be a great addition if you had some hanging around or found it on sale!
Carrots and celery with hummus, plus an apple for dessert give plenty of opportunity for hunger reducing chewing.
Dinner
Lemon Dijon Salmon – Some healthy omegas served up via a simple salmon dish. If you time it right, you can pull this entire meal out of the oven at once!
Lemon Dill Roasted Asparagus – Many vegetables take well to roasting, and asparagus is no exception. This one has a dressing, but you could just serve it plain if you like.
Roasted Sweet Potato Rounds – Add a punch of color and vitamins! Sweet potatoes get a lot of good press, but not very much marketing.
