I love Mondays. Everything starts out fresh. My to-do list goes on a new page (sure, I have lots of carry-over, but the page is pristine!), I make up a new menu of things to try, and recommit to diet and exercise goals.
This week I am going to work on my breakfast pledge by making Pumpkin Cranberry Breakfast Cookies and my exercise pledge by joining the WOMAN Challenge.
As usual, there is a lot going on, but always time for some interesting dinners. I'm really looking forward to Friday's dinner of Pork Tenderloins Glazed with Ginger, Creamy Lemon Rice, steamed broccoli, and Strawberry Pie. Because I am going to be gone one night, the boys will feast on Barbecue Bacon Cheeseburgers. and organic frozen french fries. I really don't know how the fast food fiends managed to convince the general public that the only good burgers come from a clown. It just ain't so...
